Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. - How is replacing a cititation to the expired pages / archived pages a spam? The pages linked had approriate chemical, mechanical and application information to support the citation. Kindly correct me if I am wrong but there are pages cited which have inaccurate information. Websites like makeitfrom.com has a vague range of information of chemical and mechanical properties which is incorrect for alloys used in real life. Primu5 (talk) 11:30, 26 August 2022 (UTC)

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. - Even if I am adding/replacing links they are not technically wrong at all. Do you have any knowledge about metals? The pages cited out there are outdated with wrong information and makeitfrom and azom has vague information which is very inaccurate. Kindly stop targeting me and focus on the quality of the existing citations. Updating archived and wrong information citations is not link spam. Primu5 (talk) 11:47, 5 September 2022 (UTC)

I fully understand the reasons I was blocked from further editing even though I thought I was contributing by providing better citations. I take responsibility for what I did and ensure you contribute to Wikipedia as per its guidelines. I hope the community will let me continue working on editing the topics I hold expertise in.
Decline reason:
I am not convinced that you understand as you still don't seem to see what was wrong with your edits. You will need to demonstrate your understanding by telling us what as wrong with your edits and what you will do differently. This will likely involve discussing your relationship with the website that you were spamming, how conflict of interest and paid editing may apply to you, as well as how subject matter experts in a topic should contribute about it.
