Thanks for your recent creation of the article Newberries Variety Group. I'm afraid it has been tagged for speedy deletion because it is an unencyclopedic entry and is a short article with little or no context to it.

If you don't agree with this tagging, please don't delete the tag; instead, just follow the instructions the tag gives on the public page in order to set the article on the right tracks.

If you have any questions or need any advice on editing, please get in touch with me on my talk page and I'll be very happy to help! ➨ REDVERS 00:58, 28 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

Image copyright problem with Image:Neelix.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Neelix.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me or ask for help at Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. Thank you. -- Carnildo 05:57, 9 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Newberries Variety Group edit

Newberries Variety Group has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this group might not be notable enough for an article. Please review WP:N for relevant concerns. If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.

If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the prod notice, the article may be deleted without further discussion. NickelShoe 16:49, 6 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Deletion of Newberry Variety Group edit

I had objected to the deletion of the groups entry by removing the stud at the top of the entry. The entry was not an advert. It has or (had, seeming that it has been removed!) information about its past and how it is currently operating. This is of more interest than Barking College's entry(of which i added information to!).

I feel that the deletion of the newberry entry was and still is unjustified.

I underfstand the constraints of the server but if information lives up to its name by being informative then i believe it should be included.

Please if someone disagrees please feel free to discuss this.

Also if you agree please also feel free to disguss this.

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Barking College Logo.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Barking College Logo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 03:59, 12 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:Barking College Logo.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Barking College Logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 15:40, 24 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
