1) "All" was your invention, the article you sourced didn't say that. 2) You were passing off the Torontoist timeline as authoritative eg "A chronology[22] was published demonstrating many regulatory failures", you were attributing to the chronology an authority it didn't have since it's not the chronology supplied by the CRTC so you were giving it "undue weight".

Bad quoting edit

You added the following to the CKLN article: Station manager Mike Phillips countered that "“We discovered that all sorts of underhanded things were going on...namely, attempts to wind people up and stack board meetings with OCAP and CUPE people..."

IE you composed the paragraph as if that's a direct quote from Phillips when, in fact the actual direct quote is “We discovered that all sorts of underhanded things were going on,”.
