Sainya Seva Medal

Several points; please don't mess with months old posts as you did here, talk pages are supposed to be a record of past discussions. Please, especially do not delete signatures, and please learn to sign your posts on talk pages. Finally, there is no need to continue to defend the page against speedy deletion, I declined the request for deletion some time ago. It is always possible someone might nominate it again, but for now there is no proposal.

That the article was verified by a serving soldier is nice to know, but that does not make the subject notable. To demonstrate that, and this is the best way of ensuring that articles don't get deleted for lack of importance, the source has to be a published reliable source and should be listed in the article under the heading "References".
