Because you would not stop when asked, a block became necessary as the only way to get you to stop, so the admins who were having to repeatedly delete the article would not have to waste any more time. Your unblock request indicates that, if unblocked, you'd return to creating the same article, thus requiring us to start spending time deleting it over and over again. There's no possibility of an unblock until you spend some time reading and understanding Wikipedia's rules, and show that you will make edits that are useful to the encyclopedia in the future.
