Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Rahim Shayegan

Hello, I wasn’t sure if clicking publish would publish or not but I was just trying to save an initial draft to edit later. Anyway, the person I am creating the page for is insisting I use this bio that he created for himself. The wording on the UCLA pages was written by myself as I manage those pages. So any help would be appreciated as to how to get this page made. Dr. Shayegan is very particular about the wording of his bio and will not allow me to write something different so if there is a way to work around his requirements and also satisfy Wikipedia’s guidelines, some assistance would be very helpful.
