Zeno of Citium

Why do you keep reverting the change? I added references about Greek, Phoenician, and Eteocypriot being the common languages of the city of Citium, from where Zeno originated. We also know that all of Zeno's writings were in Greek. There is no source claiming that the family origins of Zeno were Phoenician. I am not being irrational here. That's why i wrote "Cypriot" and not something else. After all, he was "Cypriot". Thank you for your message; but your removal is based on denying the American University in Beirut its status as a reliable source for a matter concerning a third party. If that is the case then no university in the U.S. is a reliable source and wikipedia entries must be adjusted accordingly. I believe that is an undue discrimination against a foreign university. It is also an undue discrimination against Prof. Taleb for preventing the posting of an honorary doctorate. I also believe we must involve administrators to clear up such policy. I suggest you seek the guidance of an Administrator if you are unable to understand the issues I've pointed out. No, a university itself is not a valid secondary source about its own ceremony, and you should be able to distinguish between the university itself and the various peer-reviewed publications it may host or in which its faclulty may publish. So you mean that nothing on a university site is a valid source. So the [[Swedish Royal Academy of Sciences] is not a source for the Nobel Prize that it grants and not a source for the Nobel lectures? Please explain.
