Putinbay dot com is anything but non-commercial. Please stop spamming your links or any other. If any reader wants to find out about Put-in-bay, there is sufficient information on the article. Also, WP is not a link directory. And the links you provided are neither emcyclopedic. If you keep further spamming, I would have to report you to be blocked out.
Thanks for your understanding on this issue.

Spam and threats
editReverting spam is not against the Wikipedia rules, but phony threats to have someone blocked are. Furthermore, this account seems to be used entirely for spamming. I am going to check with an administrator to further investigate your actions. Firebug 16:02, 24 May 2005 (UTC)
Please stop with your edits
editFirst and foremost, I and another member of our community wrote the majority of the information that you find there. The links that you are claiming are "spam" are in fact not. They are a directory of information much like a visitors bureau (which is prevalent on many cities in Wikipedia) and represent the numerous businesses in the island much like a chamber of commerce would (also found on numerous cities in Wikipedia)
The island history page could hardly be considered spam.
I have read all of the rules and the terms and conditions that appear in Wikipedia and I cannot find anything that prohibits these types of links. In fact the only item I could find was related to the posting of strictly commercial sites. These sites represent the tourism economy that our small community depends on.
If you would prefer we post .org extensions we will. A simple search of many cites will show you numerous examples of these same types of informational resources. We have a very small island with a population in the village of less than 150 people.
I find it hard to believe that you would take issue with what WE wrote about OUR Island which is factual and informative in nature. In fact we have received compliments about our work.
If you find something factually incorrect about what we have provided by all means bring it to our attention, but we would greatly appreciate not have to revert our page back on a daily basis. Thanks
3 revert rule
editPlease familiarize yourself with the 3 revert rule. You made four reverts to the same page within 24 hours. Norvy 07:16, 26 May 2005 (UTC)
- Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert an article to a previous version more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. -- Rama 07:57, 26 May 2005 (UTC)
