Manual of style re: headers

Please take a look at our Manual of Style. You are turning the correctly formatted "External links" headers to "External Links". We do not use title case in headers, we use sentence case. Please fix them, thanks. Valfontis (talk) 13:24, 21 August 2020 (UTC)
