Vandals. edit

Hi. You may want to take it easy on the warning templates. A level 4 is usually reserved for repeat offenders. Kleuske (talk) 16:01, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Can't remember who I left a level 4 on, but it might be the guy that was vandalising with an IP and then made an account to do the same edits again. PhillisMinaj (talk) 16:03, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
User talk:Aaron.jacobssss. I agree the edit was no good, but still. Kleuske (talk) 16:05, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
He's User_talk:165.138.40.52 PhillisMinaj (talk) 16:06, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
Possibly, but unless your a check-user, you can’t be sure. Kleuske (talk) 16:17, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Please stop sending messages. I know which source is reliable and notable, because I've already read WP:VG/S. Hardcore Gamer's article uses Spotify as a source and is the only source that is about LiS 2 soundtrack. Sebastian James what's the T? 16:17, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

I've tagged you on the talk page for the article as you repeatedly blank your own talk page. PhillisMinaj (talk) 16:19, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

May 2019 edit

Your recent editing history at Life Is Strange 2 shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. If he refuses to discuss it on the talk page for the article, blanks his own talk page and won't reply to me here and just writes snarky edit summaries instead then what can I do? PhillisMinaj 16:32, 20 May 2019 (UTC)
Don’t edit war, even if you’re right. Take it to WP:RS/N and see what other editors have to say. So far, you are getting support on the TP. Kleuske (talk) 16:37, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
Hardcore Gamer is an accepted source by consensus at WP:VG/S, please stop wikistalking. PhillisMinaj 16:50, 20 May 2019 (UTC)
You are refusing to discuss, I have already explained why I reverted your edits multiple times and you broke 3RR yourself (and I can do whatever I want with my talk page, I can blank it or fill it with random words.) You just had to take it to the talk page after the first undoing. Further reverts will get you a block if you don't discuss. "Snarky" edit summaries: Not reputable when it is using Spotify as a source, is it? Stop edit warring., Basically uses Spotify and is the only news about this soundtrack right now. Sebastian James what's the T? 16:53, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
Are you trolling? How am I refusing to discuss it by bringing the topic up on your talk page and the article's talk page and tagging you there? If your edit summaries are explanations then why aren't mine?
Don't tell me to take things to the talk page when you're unwilling to do the same. I'm well aware of how the system works and I didn't break 3RR.
The previous edits were you first trying to remove the entire section and then remove the source claiming there wasn't a source before you started to claim that the source wasn't good enough. If you have an issue with the information being included for another reason then please bring it up on the talk page rather than trying various methods to justify removing it until you find one that works. PhillisMinaj 16:58, 20 May 2019 (UTC)
Both of you are at 4RR. Usually that’s enough for a block. Don’t get carried away over trivial stuff. Kleuske (talk) 18:01, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
It's all good, the consensus on the talk page seems to be that there is no contention over sourcing and Sebastian is a problematic editor, I'll wait for a few more people to agree that there isn't an issue before correcting the article though. PhillisMinaj 18:05, 20 May 2019 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule, as you did at Life Is Strange 2. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 20:52, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Question edit

You are not a new editor. What other accounts have you edited with? — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 20:59, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

I share that opinion. Your behavior is inconsistent with that of a new user. Please clarify. Kleuske (talk) 22:50, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
