EECS edit

Your article about the EECS appeared to be a copy&paste of an Association of Issuing Bodies document about the system. Iff you can provide independent references to show the notability of the system, do so in a short, wikified article, in your own words and placed at European Energy Certificate System (see this re SHOUTING). Also create a link to it from the AIB article!

Despite my many years in the IT industry (prior to becoming an energy type), there's a lot for newbies to learn and your advice is welcome. Try the revised pages Association of Issuing Bodies European Energy Certificate System and Energy certificate and see how they stack up. Again, constructive advice is always welcome.
