Re: uploaded Philippine banknote images

Hi. Just want to comment on your uploaded images, specifically for the Philippine ten peso bill and the Philippine twenty peso bill. I have restored the previously uploaded versions for both images because of their quality. The image of the bill that you have uploaded for the ten peso bill is very worn out (even the security thread is exposed and it is clearly visible) while for the twenty peso bill, it has creases and folds compared to the previous version. We have to upload the best quality images available for these articles and both of your uploaded images have inferior quality compared to what have been replaced. Re: Security features gallery in the Banknotes of the Philippine peso article.

Hi. I have removed your gallery depicting the security features of the new generation banknotes. Although technically it is not covered by the "fair use" license, it can cause security issues since it will expose the security features of the new bill for counterfeiters to copy. If you will check the articles for other currencies, they don't display the security features them, instead, they are described in paragraph form. -WayKurat (talk) 11:52, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
