Actor box edit

HI Phantom. I was just wondering is there anyway we can set the default colour of the Actor info box as Silver - I beleive it looks more stylish. I have been using silver on deceased actors. What do you think? ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you" Contribs 10:26, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

What do you mean? How do we do this? I haven't the power to change the setting. Its just the gold isn't gold it's an off yellow colour - that looks classier in silver. How would we change it? ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you" Contribs 11:37, 11 June 2007 (UTC) ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you" Contribs 11:37, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks thats great. I hope thats others will agree. If not we may need a consensus. It isn't all that important but I want our film bio pages to look as good as possible. Keep up the good work on the actors. Regards ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you" Contribs 11:47, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Possible but reverted by whom? As key members of the actors project shouldn't we have some kind of control on our actor template? The decision should be made by the project members -a consensus may be needed. Also what was the thing about the height of the actors in the infoboxes as most actor articles have the height in the edit pages but not on the screen. I don't think height is important but just wondering ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you" Contribs 11:56, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

It has been reverted already but the reverter has suggested a discussion or consensus on the permanent change I'm still awaiting his response. I totally agree about the height as it is a very difficult thing to source accurately. John Wayne was billed at 6'4 1/2 yet was reported by others to be near 6'1 or 6'2 as he wore huge cowboy boots!!! ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you" Contribs 12:06, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Another question: if an individual was married for just a year, do we have to list it twice? See here for what I mean. Biruitorul 16:21, 16 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
