68.44.189.92's edits

edit

Hi Peter50,

I removed 68.44.189.92 without blocking because what that IP is doing isn't blatant/simple vandalism. I suggest that you bring this up on Wikipedia:Requests for investigation, where they do a closer examination of edits that are not simple vandalism. --Deathphoenix ʕ 16:13, 21 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

The most recent edits don't seem like vandalism, and being an IP it is possibly used by more than one users. Therefore, we don't usually block in situations like this. If the edits to Specific Area Message Encoding are repeated though, one probably should be given. I'm moving your report to the RFI archive; if you want to report it again you can refer back to it.
