Speedy deletion nomination of The Dutch Doll

A tag has been placed on The Dutch Doll requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. The Dutch Doll

Good morning. I have read the email you sent me, and prefer to reply over the Wikipedia talk interface. Re the draft article you sent me, it does not appear to be suitable for wikipedia for the following reasons. 1.) WP:NOTE - The notability of the article is questionable, do you have any external links/references that are Reliable Sources (written by somebody other than yourself?) that can show that this is notable? 2.) There may be a Conflict of InterestI - You claim that you were the writer of the article that was originally deleted as a WP:COPYVIO, using it as a reference, even if the article is rewritten to not be a copy paste is a problem. and finally 3.) It is written as an advertisement, specifically, I quote the last line "In 1981, the doll was stolen and to date has never been found. If you have any information please go to "<reference removed>" website." Wikipedia is designed to convey encyclopedic information, not to serve as a repository for articles on stolen/missing items with a link to where you can report them. You are welcome to create a draft that addresses these issues at User:Peter.Munton/draft and ask me to re-review it if you would like. I will say that, an initial glance leads me to believe that it may never meet wikipedias notability requirements for inclusion. Chrislk02 ^{Chris Kreider} 15:29, 29 April 2015 (UTC)

I fixed the article up a bit, added a few references and moved it back to the mainspace at Dutch Doll of Finedon. If you are interested in an opportunity to have this article featured on the WP:MAINPAGE in the Did You Know section, you can work on expanding it a bit (DYK articles must be at least 1500 characters, and this article is ~1100 characters). Leaving Message on Talk Pages

Thank you for your email, I am glad that I could help you with the article. Re leaving message on talk pages, it is different than sending an email. Leaving a message on a talk page is very similar to adding content to an article. If you would like to try it, you can go to User talk:Chrislk02. At the top of the page there should be a button that says something like 'new section (if you cannot find this, you can click the edit button and write what you want at the end of the bottom of the page). One difference when writing on a talk page is signing your posts WP:SIGN which you do by ending your post with 4 tildes (the ~ character). When you save the post, it will automatically convert it to a signature with a link to your user page. Hope this helps. Chrislk02 ^{Chris Kreider} 12:20, 30 April 2015 (UTC)

I note that the webmaster of the church website has the same name as your user name. If you own the copyright of the text, please see above for how to allow it to be used in Wikipedia - though in this case the text is inappropriate, with its "this church of ours" etc. You might do better to let this article be deleted, then start a new article in which you write an independent piece of text geared better to the readers of an international encyclopedia, perhaps citing the church website as a reference (but better citing some authoritative source such as Pevsner's architectural guide to the county, etc), and linking to other relevant articles like Finedon.
