Robert Hooke edit
I think you are correct about Robert Hooke, but please wait so you can edit the article yourself. Your account was created a long time ago, but you need another five edits to be autoconfirmed. It would be great if you would make a couple of improvements to articles so you can edit the Hooke page. The edit request is a bit difficult because it's likely that someone responding has no clue regarding the subject, and they would only be able to fulfill a simple request like "change X to Y", and they would need a simple-to-understand reference to support the statement. I believe I've heard what you are saying before, but interpreting a primary source like that is not recommended here, and it would be better to have a secondary source (like a biology text book) to verify the origin. Rather than check it out myself, I'm hoping you might be encouraged to jump in like you did at Micrographia. Johnuniq (talk) 06:38, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
