Thanks again for reviewing so promptly. You mention the article is to "spammy" can you give me a specific example? As I mentioned I was following structure and content type of a similar article ( Plex Systems) Also what reference do you you feel are questionable. All are industry specific publications and blogs. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi Perricline. Firstly, thankyou for submitting an article to Wikipedia. Secondly, while I did decline the article - it was declined as the hold issues had not been resolved after a 24hour waiting period. User:I-20 is actually the reviewer who's comments you mentioned above, and it might be best to get his opinion (i have left a {{Talkback}} on his page for you. - Happysailor (Talk) 16:42, 22 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Ah now I get it. I'm very new to this. And did not see his comment I-20 left me after I had asked for specifics before I made my improvements. As you can see by my comment, I thought it I was communicating with I-20 and not you with the second comment. I was waiting for the suggestions to make the change. Since I-20 had to manually review the timeing might have been off and not logged. Is it possible to get this back into pending and I will make the necessary changes? Thank you for understanding.

You are free to edit and improve the article in it's current state, then when it is ready for review in your opinion, just add {{AFC submission/submit}} to the top of the page. If we kept pages on hold indefinately, we would have a huge backlog in the system. - Happysailor (Talk) 19:20, 22 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

I've replied, see User talk:Chzz#Verifiable sources vs. produced by creator in IQMS article.  Chzz  ►  19:47, 7 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
Reply is now archived in User talk:Chzz/Archive 26#Verifiable sources vs. produced by creator in IQMS article.
Please don't edit the archive page though; to ask me anything else, start a new section on User talk:Chzz. Thanks,  Chzz  ►  04:58, 9 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
