Help needed

Although I am a newbie on Wikipedia, I can clearly find User:Delta13C is overtagging a page Nigma Talib knowingly, even there are no such issues, Can someone check his contributions. He seems to be linked with Michael Uzick, check his contribution at Draft:Michael Uzick and attacking the page with a biasness.(refer to the talk page) Please help me to understand if I need to know under Wikipedia editing policies.Perogrimadi (talk) 19:13, 8 November 2015 (UTC)

I have removed the tags on Nigma Talib. We're supposed to always assume good faith, but Delta13C seems to be trying to start an WP:Edit war and create problems by indiscriminately tagging for issues that are not present. White Arabian mare (Neigh) 20:16, 8 November 2015 (UTC)

Hi Neigh, please check the edit history of the article. I was not indiscriminately tagging, but was restoring tags that were removed from bold action by Perogrimadi. Most of my edits to Talib Nigma were tagging ref-needed and flagging unreliable sources. Delta13C (talk) 10:15, 9 November 2015 (UTC)
