Speedy deletion nomination of SpringPeople Technologies edit

I'm sorry, but none of the arguments you presented override the primary Wikipedia tenet that a subject must be notable for it to have its own article. You have provided no independent, reliable sources to show that others consider the company to be notable. (Testimonials from students do not count as being reliable sources.) Contrary to your statement, this article really is biased in favor of the company, as it primarily seeks to promote this company and its services. There are numerous other places on the Internet where those who seek information on the company, such as its own web site. But Wikipedia is not one of those. The problem is that the concept of notability very much applies to this company and this article. Indeed, notability is a linchpin of Wikipedia, and the primary determining aspect in deciding whether or not a subject should have an article. There is no good reason to not apply a notability test here. Wikipedia is not a place to promote anything at all, yet that is essentially what you are asking us to allow you to do, even if you are not saying it in so many words. If a Java developer can't find your company or its offerings with anything more than a cursory Google search, than either 1) the developer isn't very proficient, or 2) the search-engine optimization on your web site is lacking. Just to be clear: It is not my decision to make as to whether or not the article will be deleted. I merely nominate the page and start the process. The decision to delete or not falls to an admin, which I am not; even if I were, I could not rule on a deletion discussion which I initiated. I'll also add that it is not a mere accumulation of votes. The admin may take aside which does not coincide with a raw vote count. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment.
