Hello, Pecknpaw and welcome to Wikipedia! It appears you are participating in a class project. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to go through our training for students. Go through our online training for students

If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Please also read this helpful advice for students.

Before you create an article, make sure you understand what kind of articles are accepted here. Remember: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while many topics are encyclopedic, some things are not.

Your instructor or professor may wish to set up a course page, and if your class doesn't already have one please tell your instructor about that. It is highly recommended that you place this text: {{Educational assignment}} on the talk page of any articles you are working on as part of your Wikipedia-related course assignment. This will let other editors know this article is a subject of an educational assignment and aid your communication with them.

We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay even after your assignment is finished! Valfontis (talk) 22:03, 21 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

What's the subject?

edit

Hello; you wrote that the article Super Humanism "is/was the subject of an educational assignment in Fall 2015", but there's no such article. It's instead a redirect to a disambiguation page, Superhuman (disambiguation) -- one that doesn't obviously need much improvement. (You also provided what purported to be a link to the assignment, but wasn't. I fixed that.) What are you going to write about? (An article about Treadwell's Super Humanism?) -- Hoary (talk) 23:12, 20 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for now adding some content, but I don't see that it belongs in a separate article. It seems to belong more appropriately in the existing article Superhuman, perhaps in the section Superhuman#Human enhancement and advancement.
I've reverted to the redirect (well to be honest the redirect was still in place: you shouldn't add text to a redirect page: either leave it alone or remove the "redirect" command and turn it into an article - in which case it's essential to add appropriate navigation to replace the redirect, like a WP:HATNOTE leading to the disambiguation page).
You didn't add any sources for your content. Please use your sources to enhance the existing article Superhuman, but be sure to add sources (inline references) for every statement you make. That way your contributions to the encyclopedia will be respected and welcomed, and are unlikely to be deleted. Sorry to destroy your work so far (you can see it at this link, and clicking "Edit" there will get you to the text so you can copy it out to put it in a sandbox or use elsewhere), but this is an international encyclopedia and we need to get things right. Happy Editing! PamD 09:48, 1 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
I've tweaked the article Superhuman to make the "Human enhancement" section clearer and more prominent. PamD 09:57, 1 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
