This was once again copypasted and closely paraphrased. If the source is "your own words", it would need to a license statement releasing the text under WP:creative commons, WP:GFDL or into the public domain. The most recent iteration was from a speaking announcement. If it is indeed is your own words, then the question of WP:PAID editing comes into play. Please, follow that link and read very carefully.
