Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles or other Wikipedia pages, as you did to User:Pawz3employees. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" is strongly discouraged. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. SpinningSpark 20:24, 8 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

I responded to you at the adoption page with;

What is it you want to do at Wikipedia? Before I offer you adoption, I have to say I have some serious concerns about what is going on at your user page, and even your user name.

If you still want to be adopted, please let me know what you want to get out of Wikipedia. SpinningSpark 18:11, 10 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi Pawz3employees, you wrote at the adoption page: Hi spinningspark I am happy that you want to help me as for my user page I was only trying to follow what I read in sandbox. And besides that, hence the reason I asked for help, it is because I have no idea what to do. You asked what i wanted to do I just wanted to post an article,what is wrong with my username?
It is fine to put articles together in your userspace. I do it all the time to get them perfect before posting into the encyclopedia. My problem with the article on your userpage is that it is promotional and this is not a suitable tone for an encyclopedia, see WP:NOTADVERTISING. This is why your page was blanked by User:Friday. I deleted the page altogether when I saw that it was copied from the Pawz website. This is a copyright violation and has to be deleted. Even if you own the website and wrote the material, it still needs to be released under the GFDL before it can be used here.
On the username, first of all, it contains the name of an organisation. This is not, in itself, against the rules, but is not recommended (WP:SPAMNAME). You certainly must not use it for promotion by, for instance, posting on pages related to your products. More seriously, "Pawz3employees" implies that more than one person is using the account. This is strictly against the rules for legal reasons (WP:NOSHARE)
So in short I would be happy to help you write articles, but not an article about Pawz dog boots. Writing on that subject puts you in breach of the conflict of interest guidelines. So now I have explained what you can't do, are you still interested in writing for Wikipedia and do you still want to be adopted? In any case here is a welcome template with some useful links;
