The article Richard Brennan (barrister) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Not enough in-depth coverage to pass WP:GNG.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Onel5969 TT me 14:02, 21 October 2020 (UTC)
- Hi there User:onel5969, I improved the page in question to address the issues raised - I had been meaning to get to it sooner but time slipped away from me. Richard Brennan is an important person in Irish military history as he played a significant role as the National Legal Advisor for the Irish military during the Republic of Ireland's involvement in three United Nations peacekeeping campaigns (UNDOF, UNMIK, UNIFIL). Given his experience, he's a recognized legal expert on international humanitarian law and peacekeeping operations and frequently represents Ireland at the Hague and the country's interests in other international legal venues, lecturing internationally and at Irish universities. Cheers!
