See WP:INHERITORG: A corporation is not notable merely because it owns notable subsidiaries. The article Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/TierPoint, LLC has zero citations. Currently, the article does not meet the Wikipedia Notability (organizations and companies) policy WP:CORP.
