The only big issue with the article was that it wasn't written in an encyclopedic and neutral manner. It's close, but it's very informal and reads more like an article in a magazine or an essay than an article. The only other thing I'd mention is that some of the references only go to jstor and didn't really show how it backed up the things it was supporting, so you might get some guff about this. If you're using specific articles, it's better to quote it like on this page Wikipedia:Cite#Journal_articles. Be aware though, that citing the magazine as a resource doesn't really count as a way to show notability. The other two articles help though, so if you can find more like those then that'd be great. The neutrality is the biggie, though. On a side note, I highly recommend that you look into Wikipedia:WikiProject History (and joining), since their whole thing is to further expand history articles on Wikipedia. They might be able to help you find different places to find sources since many of the previous articles about the magazine might not be scanned onto the internet.Tokyogirl79 (talk) 09:06, 9 December 2011 (UTC)tokyogirl79Reply
