Welcome to Wikipedia, Patanjal007! Thank you for your contributions. I am 78.26 and I have been editing Wikipedia for some time, so if you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. You can also check out Wikipedia:Questions or type {{help me}} at the bottom of this page. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! 78.26 (spin me / revolutions) 14:26, 8 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! You posted a note at Talk:Requests for adminship saying that you want to be an administrator. Sorry, but you are not ready to even think about becoming an administrator. That is the very first edit you have ever made under this username. Before becoming administrator, a person needs to be a volunteer editor here, improve the encyclopedia, make corrections and additions to articles, maybe create some articles. More importantly, you need to learn how Wikipedia works and what administrators do. Above all you need to learn to read instructions, like the one at the top of that page that says "This is not the page to nominate yourself or another editor to be an administrator". Thanks for your interest; see you around Wikipedia. --MelanieN (talk) 14:28, 8 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

I'm glad you're taking an interest in editing, but I recommended you read some of our basic policies first. In particular I think you need to read our notability guideline and take a look at our conflict of interest policy. Ignoring these will make your editing experience very difficult here, and we don't want that. 78.26 (spin me / revolutions) 20:33, 8 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
