December 2016 edit

Hello, I'm Kautilya3. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Gilgit-Baltistan seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Kautilya3 (talk) 19:07, 21 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Do you consider 'Unregistered" to be worthy of going right in the first sentence? Is it so vital or informative to readers? What if it is registered or not registered... the reader will bogged with so many qualifications right there, what do you think? --Gian ❯❯ Talk 13:27, 18 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi Gian i put 'Unregistered' there because i didnt think i should create a separate section on the validity of the organisation. But if you think that it requires a separate section on the validity and registration of the organisation i could create one. I am not really aware of the quality standards of the wikipedia but in any case if this violates the standards of quality content i would be happy to create another section related to the topic.

Thanks Talk

I think it is not important information. Perhaps it can be said somewhere in the body of the article where it will fit in. I don't think it deserves a separate section also. I will see if I can cleanup the article, it is full of disconnected narration put side by side. --Gian ❯❯ Talk 10:04, 19 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Talk I understand your point, surely that is also not an issue. But i think it is an important information from the context that a political organisation that claims to have 5 million members isnt even registered under any law. Nor keeps a registration of its members. Even religious organisations like churches keep a registration list and trusts are usually registered under Societies act in India. Only those organisations evading taxes or auditing dont register themselves. Thus it really becomes an important information. PankajD ❯❯Talk 6:08 Sep 2018 (IST)

Yes, you are also right in your view. What I and others are saying is that this may not be needed right at the top or in any detail, just find a suitable spot in the body of the article and fit it in two three words. When I get time I will try to cleanup this article and if possible consider the addition that you are proposing. If you want to add it back yourself I would suggest you make your proposal, where you want to add it in "change xx to yy format" on the article talk page. --Gian ❯❯ Talk 13:13, 19 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
Your signature is missing hyperlinks, you have to change it in Preferences > Signature. Try out few times you will get it. --Gian ❯❯ Talk 13:19, 19 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Thanks a lot Gian for the Input will do what you just suggested. Pankaj ❯❯ Talk 1:05, 19 September 2018 (IST)

Thanks for contributing to the article Doshi. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited!
