ArbCom 2018 election voter message

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. When you add multiple instances of the same reference to an article, you only need the full citation for the first instance, after which you can then use <ref name= "X"/> tags for any subsequent instances after, per WP:REFNAME.
