Strategic decision making

Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. I'm an editor who likes to welcome and encourage others to contribute here. So, I do hope you stick around and bring your skills and interests to this amazing project. Could I direct you to a comment I've just left on the Talk page of Strategic decision making - the first article you created, please? I'm ever so sorry, but I'm afraid I'm not really convinced that it serves a useful purpose as there's already an article on Strategic management that seems to cover much of the same ground. (And see also Strategic decisions as well. I know how frustrating and off-putting it can be as a new editor to have someone come along and say I'm not keen on what you've done. But I could be wrong, and maybe there's content that could be added to the other articles to enhance them, rather than create a new one.

I do hope this helps, and welcome again to Wikipedia, and please don't be discouraged by critical feedback, or even if another editor suddenly slaps a 'delete' notice on content you've created. I'm afraid this is quite likely to happen in this instance, in my view. Proposed deletion of Strategic decision making

The article Strategic decision making has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Appears to be an essay which largely duplicates Strategic management and adds caveats and amplifications.Parts are written like a manual "first we need to recognize.....". References are all very academic and worthwhile but the text is a digest and synthesis. The home-made images and not appropriate and emphasize the impression that this is a piece of student's work. This article content is a synthesis and WP:OR and reads like an undergraduate essay piece and fails WP:GNG

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.  Velella  ^{Velella Talk}   23:34, 19 May 2017 (UTC)
