Accessory to murder (United States Law) moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Accessory to murder (United States Law), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Please clarify the importance of this topic having it's own page aside from adding information at Accessory After the Fact. Ost (talk) 19:12, 4 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Deji Olatunji (ComedyShortsGamer) edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Deji Olatunji (ComedyShortsGamer) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Liz Read! Orphaned non-free image File:YNWBortlen.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:YNWBortlen.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 15:02, 6 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Mind of Melvin edit

Hello, Pagwghd33,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Joseywales1961, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged Mind of Melvin for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. You may find our guide for writing quality articles to be extremely informative. Also, you may want to consider working on future articles in draft space first, where they cannot be deleted for lacking content.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Joseywales1961}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Edit summaries edit

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Randolph edit

Please refrain from hijacking pages as you did with Randolph. Should you believe the subject you were writing about deserves an article, please use the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version that you can then get feedback on. Also see Wikipedia's disambiguation guideline which indicates how to handle separate subjects with similar names. If you continue to hijack an existing article, you may be blocked from editing. Non-free rationale for File:YNW Bslime - Rolling Loud (2021).png edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:YNW Bslime - Rolling Loud (2021).png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. August 2021 edit

Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. Ss112 04:22, 24 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. FMSky (talk) 02:50, 26 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at YNW Melly, you may be blocked from editing. FMSky (talk) 03:11, 26 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on YNW Melly. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. FMSky (talk) 05:03, 27 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:KingVon2020.jpeg edit

A tag has been placed on File:KingVon2020.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement of https://audibletreats.com/king-von/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Orphaned non-free image File:YNW Melly.png edit

Thanks for uploading File:YNW Melly.png.

Thank you. Salavat (talk) 07:35, 28 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Cleanux Chemicals Ltd edit

Hello, Pagwghd33,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username TheWikiholic, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, Cleanux Chemicals Ltd, for deletion, because it is a very short article that doesn't provide readers with enough context to determine who or what the subject is.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|TheWikiholic}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without evidence of permission. If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Nick Moyes (talk) 22:29, 9 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Pagwghd33 (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

The block was un necessary in my opinion as I thought I was doing something for the good however I know know it wasn't for the good. I will go over wikipedia rules and regulations every time I edit (if I get unblocked). I hope you take this under consideration as I really enjoy editing on wikipedia and I want to create new pages for musicians and actors.

Decline reason:

This unblock request doesn't mention copyright at all, let alone convince me you have read and thoroughly understood our policies on copyright and fair use. Yamla (talk) 18:31, 16 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. Request reason:

I have fully understood the reason for my block. I was eager to add images to my favorite creators and I got carried away and just ignored the copyright. This will not happen again, I can ensure that I will no longer use non-free content on Wikipedia.

Decline reason:

As explained at WP:GAB, you have to address the blocking administrator's concerns about your conduct. You have to convince us that you understand the reason of your block and that you understand why it was wrong to do. Vanjagenije (talk) 22:07, 22 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I understand my reasoning for my block. It's because I copied images from other sites and uploaded them to Wikipedia and I now understand that it goes against copyright. I can assure you I won't involve myself in this anymore and will stick to editing and will stay away from photo's unless I 100% know I can use them, if not, I will ask somebody for help however I don't think that will be needed.

Decline reason:

Yngvadottir why did you delete the info on YNW Bortlen? It's literally the most credible site you can find. It is a government site.

YNW Bortlen moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, YNW Bortlen, is not suitable as written to remain published.
