You must slow down, you do not understand what you are doing

You are making unplanned page moves, deleting redirects, and generally just causing chaos. Please stop doing what you are doing and if you have questions about how to change something, ask the volunteers at WP:Teahouse.

I'm looking at your Contributions page, and literally almost everything you have done on Wikipedia is unhelpful or actually destructive.
