June 2020 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions are appreciated, but, in this edit to GeoTrust, you removed Articles for deletion notices from articles or removed other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates. This makes it difficult to establish consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. LakesideMinersCome Talk To Me! 01:36, 17 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Just clarify, I did not remove a Afd Tag. I removed a Prod Tag. I see you were using Huggle to edit. Prod tags are used for non contested deletions to help ease the burden of the Afd process. Anyone can and should remove a Prod Tag if they object. It is a one shot Tag and cannot be placed again on the site once it is removed. I removed it because this article has been on Wikipedia since 2006 and should not be removed without Afd as it has a long history and has valuable content and references that make it a stand alone article and is an import part of certificate authority industry. If you would like to start a Afd on the page, that is your right to put an argument forward but the Prod Tag cannot be replaced under Wikipedia guidelines. I have requested expert assistance from other editors with expertise in this field and will be adding additional references - time permitting.PKIhistory (talk) 12:45, 17 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

The reason left by F5pillar was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Didn't seems to me as a good stand article or if may be you rewrite it to comply in good stands and make sure of including reliable source which is the main points of declining.
