Hi, thank you for noting that the image recently added to Lathyrus pratensis is misidentified! I can see now that it is wrong for that species. If you are rather sure of the Medicago falcata identification that you have suggested, it can be renamed at Commons. Please let me know if you would like help to request the renaming.
