Anyone edit

Regarding Wikipedia bills itself as the encyclopedia that "anyone" can edit. Please do not erase talk page comments, while it is quite true that anyone can edit Wikipedia...it is equally true that not everyone may edit Wikipedia. All users start with the same ability ("can"), but over time, because of their editing habits, it becomes a question of whether or not they may edit Wikipedia. The answer to that is not always yes.  Frank  |  talk  17:25, 15 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Just because some people favor censorship does not mean that such censorship is OK. P2d4b8z2 (talk) 23:50, 15 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

May 2012 edit

Hello. It appears that you have been canvassing—leaving messages on others' talk pages to notify them of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote—in order to influence Barack Obama. While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Remember to respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large. NeilN talk to me 22:03, 15 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

OK. Thanks for telling me. P2d4b8z2 (talk) 23:48, 15 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your comment on my Talk page re Obama edit

You obviously didn't read that I have expressed the same concerns on Romney's page. Any suggestion that I am an Obama supporter is idiotic. I am not American. I don't live there, But I do want this to be a great encyclopaedia.

I am sick of politically motivated American editors trying to turn Wikipedia into a campaign vehicle for their favoured party's Presidential candidate. Or, more correctly, AGAINST his opponent.

Take your trivial POV garbage somewhere else. The rest of the world doesn't want it here. HiLo48 (talk) 22:40, 15 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Just because a person doesn't live in the U.S. doesn't mean they can't be biased on its political issues. Please read Wikipedia:NPOV for an explantion of why those things should be included. P2d4b8z2 (talk) 23:49, 15 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
I notice that you are now blocked, but I'll still point out that you are either illiterate or illogical. I told you that I take exactly the same position on the Romney page. No bias here mate. HiLo48 (talk) 10:43, 16 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
