Request reason:

I have been informed by Admin Darkwind as to the following: "We will not be able to unblock your account. Beyond the topic ban and block, this account was also implicated in the misuse of multiple accounts by user Mhazard9 (see the investigation for details).

Your request to be unblocked does not address this issue at all, beyond the community decision regarding your behavior." and so I am appealing to address the issue of Mhazard9. While I am aware that this user edits on the topic and in support of my edits, this person is a completely different and unique individual from myself. According to the last entries on my user:Otto Placik talk page: The block is indefinite, but not necessarily permanent. It is for the edit warring you have recently been doing as well as your uncollegial - sometimes even threatening attitude towards other editors, as well as your ownership behaviour of certain articles. The block may be appealed by following the instructions in the box immediately above here.

The sockpuppet investigation with relation to Mhazard9 remains open and will be closed separately once that comes to a conclusion. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 10:09, 28 August 2013 (UTC) I would like to encourage you to continue to upload images to Wikimedia Commons. I am willing to look them over and add them to Wikipedia as appropriate. Doc James (talk • contribs • email) (if I write on your page reply on mine) 20:08, 29 August 2013 (UTC). Given these comments I proceeded as instructed with the appeal. I was told that the topic ban was not necessarily permanent and that an appeal could be filed addressing the community. In regards to the MHazard9 investigation, it was my impression that this was "closed separately" Am I incorrect in this assumption?

In addition, Jmh sates that he would "encourage you to upload images to Wikimedia Commons". How can I do this while still under a topic ban and block? Otto Placik (talk) 18:04, 13 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

This account is blocked for abusing multiple accounts; I've verified the checkuser findings, and they are unambiguous. As far as Wikimedia Commons is concerned, they have their own blocking policies, and if you're blocked there also, you'll have to take it up there. --jpgordon::==( o ) 18:13, 13 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
