Image Tagging Image:Normal charmed03.jpg edit

This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Normal charmed03.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Image legality questions page. Thank you. JeremyA 03:30, 29 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

CopyRight edit

Please can you stop addingpictures with the wrong copyright. If you do know how to use copyrights then do not add, pictures. All the picture you have change, have been reverted back. Now please stop changing them. Also to note with the stacy keibler page please leave the links alone smk.com is the top fansite and is the first one to appear in a search therefore that is why it is the only fansite please stop changing it, that site on othersite that were there before you changed them all are there for a reason. ALL PICTURES ADDED WILL BE REMOVED IN SEVEN DAYS which are the rules with uncopyrighted pictures on wikipedia. (Lil crazy thing 05:55, 31 March 2006 (UTC))Reply

I'm sorry you spent so long on adding them but the thing is they wasn't needed, the pictures already there are fine as they are they are already updated pictures of the said person. Pictures of divas in there underwear isn't exactly ideal pictures. It is the rules on wikipedia that if a picture that hasnt got the right copyright it will get removed from the page and then given seven days before it is deleted. I haven't myself deleted the pictures i reverted the page to put the before picture back. If i hadn't done it someone else will it is the RULES do not blame me because you have got them wrong, it is not my fault i am following the rules. If you do not know how to add the correct copyright then don't add any pictures. There is also new rules on fan sites, not every site will be included only one or two sites will be added it is also a rule, as it becomes a joke several fansites on the same person is useless as every fan site contains the same things. The most popular and most well know site will be the main one added. I'm sorry if you dont like that but that is the rules.(Lil crazy thing 12:28, 31 March 2006 (UTC))Reply
Can you stop with adding pictures that havent got the correct copyright, they have been removed from the pages but you keep putting them back, please stop it. Pictures that have got the correct copyright can not be added, i havent got the time to teach you about the copyright. Till you can understand how to use all the copyright please stop adding pictures and putting them back everytime when they have been removed. They are removed for a reason. (Lil crazy thing 04:06, 2 April 2006 (UTC))Reply
If you go to my contributes at the top of the page and click on the name of each picture you will see NONE of them have the correct copyright, you wont get a message everytime because you carry on and on and people give up. Not a single one of your pictures have the correct copyright that is why they are removed. Your making un-needed changes just for the sake of it, the pictures on the pages already are up to date pictures and the ones your posting are ones of them posing and you can't clearly see there face. Please leave pictures alone till you learn to get the correct copyrights. Also please stop removing the word fansites from fansites theres a reason that word is put next to them and you just keep deleting them, only a certain amount of fansites will be added also so if there deleted take a look in the pages history and see the reaon they were deleted dont just add thigns for the sake of it. I'm not being mean i'm following the rules, you shouldnt added things when you dont even know how to use copyright, everybody that hasn't got the right copyright will have there picture deleted in 7days and all yours pictures will be deleted in 7days because you can not use the correct copyright(Lil crazy thing 04:13, 2 April 2006 (UTC))Reply
i dont get to add whatever if i add something that has the correct copyright it stays if its a decent picture if it hasnt got the correct copyright it is deleted. You can edit here but there are rules that need to be followed. Not every change will be kept and all your changes haven't been for a reason you just delete the word fansite or add pictures thats all you do and thats not needed at this moment and the pictures are adding you cant even see the person face clearly in 98% of them theres decent pictures where you can clearly see there face already on the page and they dont need changing every 5mins. Each picture has a different copyright because they dont all come from the same place. Thats why i have said many times before if you dont know how to use them dont add pictures its as simple as that, if i dont removed them from the page someone else will.
The pictures that are there are not old, they are the most updated pictures on wwe.com they havent been there for a long time a couple weeks maybe a few months but thats not a long time, the picture is an updated picture of them. As ive said before it doesnt matter if you think there old, there an updated picture that is it. You cant add pictures that havent got the correct copyright, so stop moaning dont be blaming me when you do know how to use them, anyone will tell you that until you know how to use copyrghts dont upload pictures, its very simple. Lindsay Lohan edit

Thank you for your contributions. Unfortunately, they were determined to be unhelpful and have been removed. RadioKirk talk to me 04:42, 2 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Dude, why were the fansite links deleted? Anyway, it's not a big deal, just fansites and I was trying to help anyway...a fansite would be good...whatever..do it your way. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Oth is luv (talkcontribs)
Thanks, but it is the consensus of this article's editors that, with the massive number of Lindsay fansites, we could not list any without listing them all, hence the Yahoo! listing. In addition, many fansites have commercial links that Wikipedia cannot appear to endorse. RadioKirk talk to me 04:49, 2 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

More link spam edit

Thanks for experimenting with Wikipedia. The links you added to the page Hilary Duff have been removed. Please do not add commercial links—or links to your own private websites—to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. Note that Wikipedia may see print or DVD publication, so we want more content, not more web links. See the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. --Yamla 16:36, 2 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please do not link in any further fan sites. See WP:EL for what sort of links are acceptable. See above links for why these are generally considered spam and why Wikipedia is not a forum for a collection of web links. --Yamla 16:44, 2 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

OK..first of all, don't call them spamming! I am not spamming! WTF?! I thought it would be nice to just add 2 fansites and don't delete em'-they're useful sources! think! -- unsigned comments from Oth is luv on my talk page.

Sorry, you are mistaken. It is indeed link spam. It is inappropriate, in general, to add 2 fansites to an article. Please read the above links as you have already been asked to do, so you can better understand wikipedia policy. --Yamla 20:36, 2 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Yamla 20:36, 2 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia for continuing to add spam links. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires.

Deleting comments from this page edit

Please do not delete comments from this page. I know this is a discussion page about you but it is considered vandalism for you to remove other people's comments. --Yamla 20:34, 2 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

"You are being selfish. It's not vandalism to delete messages sent to me. You know, screw you. I don't get you admins. You all are like taking our rights away. I've never heard such selfishness before. I treat those messages like an e-mail. I can delete the ones I hate and DO NOT continue to put back messages in my discussion page!!" --unsigned comments from Oth is luv on my talk page.

I'm sorry but you are wrong. Read WP:Vandalism. If you continue to delete messages from here, you will be blocked for vandalism. You are obligated to follow Wikipedia's established policies if you make use of Wikipedia. This is your last warning. --Yamla 20:43, 2 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
Those messages are not "an email". They are not intended solely for you. They are also meant for other Wikipedia users, such as me, so that others will know that you have a history of vandalism, and how far along the "track" you've gone. Be glad the warning system is so benevolent; the alternative would be even more heavy handed. If you find warning messages on your talk page too horrific to bear, then my suggestion is to stop doing things that merit them. Cheers, Kasreyn 09:51, 3 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Blocked edit

Almost immediately upon the expiry of the previous block, you resumed link spamming. This time, the block is for 48 hours. When it expires, you are welcome to continue editing. But any further link spamming or any additional vandalism will result in another, longer, block. --Yamla 23:34, 3 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

To respond to your comments to other editors, I am sorry if you feel "embarrassed" by warnings left on your talk page; however, if you were to take the initiative to read the links left for you by these users and learn to be a productive editor rather than a link spammer, there would be nothing here to embarrass you. To that end, this page and this page are required reading—and immediately, please. We would like to see you become a productive editor; but, to do so, you must follow guidelines. Pleading ignorance—or embarrassment—will not help. RadioKirk talk to me 03:09, 4 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Embarassment edit

You wrote on my talk page (without signing, natch):

Leaving those rude messages for others to see is just embarrassing. I do not know why you force people to do things and they are certainly threatning messages to others. DO NOT make threatsto the users.

There is nothing rude about the vandalism warning templates at Wikipedia. They are all politely worded and very circumspect. If you found them embarassing, then I suggest you remember that it's just a website. If you want to stop getting such messages on your talk page, then read the messages and take their advice (ie., stop doing the things they say you shouldn't be doing). Generally, when you're the newcomer in any situation, it's wise to be a little circumspect at the start and see what the standards of behavior are. There's nothing wrong with "being bold", as we say here; your mistake was in taking the warning messages so personally. Lashing out at the other editors is going to do nothing but give you a reputation as a jerk around here, and you don't want that. So how about calming down some? -Kasreyn 09:04, 4 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
