Reid Morden edit

My apologies for the hasty revert, you are right I should have paid more heed to what had changed. I still dispute identifying him as "Reid Morden is a public servant...", and would rather see "a lawyer, former director of CSIS and former deputy..." or something of that vein - but I appreciate your improvements to the article. Jean Eric Gassy edit

No problem. I was looking through the 'recent changes' link on the left hand side nav thing and it looked like an interesting edit to check out. The edit I saw was where you took out the 'references needed' template, and noticed the refs weren't showing up so I just copied and pasted the references section code from another page. I'm happy I could help. :) --skew-t (talk) 11:41, 12 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Pirates edit

Hello. I just moved the brain damage section from International Talk Like a Pirate Day, with minor cleanup - I didn't write it, and I don't think it's particularly well-sourced. I agree that the whole "Life as a pirate" section isn't great, but it's probably salvageable and useful if rewritten in terms of "how modern stereotypes get it wrong", rather than talking a little too carelessly about generic "pirates" after seven sections of detailed history. --McGeddon (talk) 23:56, 15 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Steady Eddy edit

Hey, thanks for that information on Steady Eddy. I didn't know the article already existed under an alternate spelling. I'll try to set up a re-direct for the alternate spelling of "Eddie". Cheers, Lester 00:07, 4 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks on Brumbies edit

Just wanted to extend my thank you a bit further on your talk page and not mine. I appreciate being thanked for cooling down a fight, the last few months on wiki have been very rough on me because of one person who thinks I am mean and evil. We've had mediation over an article, all sorts of things, it's been a real pain. So just wanted to let you know that your kind words have been particularly well received! Gengis Khan and the Making of the Modern World edit

Hi. :-) Sorry if I seemed a bit cranky in Discussion yesterday; I had spent an hour locating and typing in sources, and then they all disappeared because of an editorial conflict... Anyway, I have tried to use somewhat more diplomatic language in the list of factual errors. 85.228.18.81 (talk) 11:34, 22 May 2008 Ojevindlang (talk) 11:35, 22 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
