Could you please check..? edit

You checked some months ago the Gumstix article, I've added some information that could be useful to interested persons/potential customers, and i'd like to know if it can be considered neutral. I used as references mailing list posts of their users as examples because there is no other source, and i'm seeing it can't be considered a reliable source. I can't leave it as it is now, but it is useful information on the other hand.. You seem to be not involved and your opinion would be very appreciated Iunaw (talk) 00:46, 3 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Looks like you aren't very happy with them-- I would not call that neutral, no. Would you like me to tone it down a bit for you?

Yes please. I think gumstix is a great product, but it should have proper documentation, as all products have. Users/customers can help them on their wiki, but finally it's their job and responsibility. And most importantly, the Gumstix article on Wikipedia should not be misleading, and that Gumstix comes with no documentation at all is a fact. But it has been removed and more misleading information has been added. We should either give all possible information in a neutral way or no information at all, if it's only spam.

I'll undo the misleading changes and tone my contribution down. And then, please, if something has to be changed, i want it to be done by a neutral person. We can make a list of facts on the discussion list before you or any neutral person adds them on the article. Iunaw (talk) 00:43, 6 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

I've set the neutrality-dispute flag and started a discussion. Iunaw (talk) 02:10, 6 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Things are getting worse and we are not constructive at all. If you have time and would like to participate in the discussion it would be very appreciated, as we need desperately neutral parties. Iunaw (talk) 18:09, 13 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
