Lomé Convention edit

I moved the comments you left on Lomé Convention to the talk page. The talk page of the article is the proper place to discuss the article. The 3 articles you found that you felt the article was plagiarized from are actually copies of the wikipedia article not the other way around. This is a common mistake for new editors. Wikipedia's content is licensed for free redistribution as long as wikipedia is properly attributed.
