To expand on the rational: taking the nominator's statement that the list was lifted from the book as true, I cam eto the conclusion that the quoted-to-original text ratio was too great. i.e. If you remove everything that was copied word for word from the book, there would be very little left, and this is contra to the spirit of our copyright policy.
Additionally, I felt that if the article had remained (even without the copyright issues), it would quit eprobably have been deleted for other reasons e.g. as a neologism.
