There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. I will use for personal article. Actually I need to create a wiki page for one person, I am new to this I was trying the same here but unfortunately it got blocked. You can delete the content under openstackhelp page. What do you mean by "personal article?" Who is the subject of the article? --Chris (talk) 01:23, 22 May 2019 (UTC)

I would add that Wikipedia has no interest in assisting Google search results; Wikipedia is only interested in article subjects that meet our special definition of notability, as shown with significant coverage in independent reliable sources.
