Request reason:

Contrary to what Doug called me in the block reason Im not a vandal and only successfully outed one user. I was never warned but am sorry and would like an unblock as if and when Im unblocked I will never do this again OpenreachFan (talk) 14:02, 21 March 2015 (UTC)

Decline reason:

It doesn't matter whether the outings were "successful" or not; it matters that your first and, until this request, only edits to Wikipedia were to attempt to harass other users. I see no evidence you're interested in doing anything here other than that, and if you actually need to be told "Hey, encyclopedias should be used for things other than posting what you believe are other editors' private personal details," in order to know that your behavior was unacceptable, it would appear you lack to the competence to edit here anyway.
