May 2011 edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Berber people. Users are expected to collaborate with others and avoid editing disruptively.

In particular, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Jayjg (talk) 12:34, 19 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Notification of WP:AN/EW report edit

Hello Omar2788,

This is an automated friendly notification to inform you that you have been reported for Violation of the Edit warring policy at the Administrators' noticeboard.
If you feel that this report has been made in error, please reply as soon as possible on the noticeboard. However, before contesting an Edit warring report, please review the respective policies to ensure you are not in violation of them. ~ NekoBot (MeowTalk) 20:21, 27 May 2011 (UTC) (False positive? Report it!)Reply

This is your only warning; if you remove or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia again, as you did at Berber people, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Stop trying to hide edits by using incorrect edit summaries. You did not fix an image size issue, you removed content. In addition, you are engaging in edit warring actions. This is the final warning you will be given before reported again. ROBERTMFROMLI | TK/CN 20:41, 27 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Edit warring at Berber people edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

The complete report of this case is at WP:AN3#User:Omar2788 reported by User:O Fenian (Result: 24h). EdJohnston (talk) 03:47, 28 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Massinissa (Singer) edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Massinissa (Singer) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. ♫Greatorangepumpkin♫T 15:32, 29 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Massinissa (Singer) edit

The article Massinissa (Singer) has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. ♫Greatorangepumpkin♫T 16:21, 29 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

June 2011 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to disruptively edit Wikipedia, as you did at Berber people, you may be blocked from editing. Jayjg (talk) 02:04, 3 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

!!! seriously!--Omar2788 (talk) 20:57, 3 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
Very seriously. If the images are not reverted to what previous consensus agreed upon, until we finish working out a new consensus, then either a block will be requested, or you will be reported to ANI with such a request being made for bad faith edits. The first couple of times are understandable, but after it's been repeatedly pointed out that while discussion is ongoing, that you shouldn't simply take it upon yourself to ignore said discussion and do what you want, it can no longer be attributed to a mistake or misunderstanding. Please read up on Bold, Revert, Discuss. Nowhere in there is "Bold, revert, start discussion and then do what one wants while the discussion is ongoing". Hope that helps. I don't want to see you on ANI or blocked or any such thing, but I suspect that will be the direction things are heading.

but its noticed.thanks --Omar2788 (talk) 22:36, 3 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
No problem. See you on AN/I. I'll send you the notice as soon as the ANI is filed. ROBERTMFROMLI | TK/CN 22:41, 3 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
