Article comments edit

So... after our help channel chat I took a closer look and marked up your draft considerably. I found several different issues: generalizations, sympathetic (non-neutral) phrasing, reliance on insider/advocacy sources, and lack of citations for information. If you work on each of these I think the article will be much closer to acceptance. The most important step might just be more research for additional unbiased sources. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers, Ocaasi t | c 03:57, 3 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

A belated welcome! edit

Sorry for the belated welcome, but the cookies are still warm!

Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Oliviabuckwheat. I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions, especially for your nice work on School-Based Health Centers. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

Again, welcome!  Brendon ishere 07:16, 5 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Welcome edit

I wanted to ask you a Question.   Question: Do you like your user-page in its current form?

If yes, then cool  .
However, if you don't like it and want to make it look even better, then follow these steps (and in that case, I'm happy to help):

  1. Open your User-page.
  2. Click "edit this page"/"edit" (above) to edit the page
  3. Add - {{New user bar}} above everything else in the content area of that page (whatever you write below will be shown under the section "About me").
  4. click "show preview" (below).
  5. Now, if you like it, click "save page" (below).

AFAIK, the codes work on internet explorer and other browsers like Mozilla firefox too. If they don't work try clicking "enter" after pressing the keys of code.

  1. "⇧ Shift+alt+e" - "Edit the page"
  2. "⇧ Shift+alt+p" - "Show Preview"
  3. "⇧ Shift+alt+s" - "save page"

  Note:

  1. Mac OS X-users must hold control (in stead of ⇧ Shift+alt), and press the desired access key (e, p or s), I guess.
  2. If these keys don't work by themselves press ↵ Enter after them without changing the order, to initiate the intended process.

I hope this helps.  Brendon ishere 07:18, 5 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
