Non-free rationale for File:Forum-Intl Logo.png

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Forum-Intl Logo.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

Deletion discussion about Shooting of Stephon Clark

While I am new to the process, I did not see any reason why my article was deleted. I would appreciate if you could tell me why you flagged my article for deletion as it is a very significant event in the news right now. If it is something to do with the formatting, I will be sure to change it.

Speedy deletion nomination of Shooting of Stephon Clark
