Blade Runner

edit

I haven't reverted the review of this film at http://movieshow.sbs.com.au/ myself, but will in future if it reappears. This is a fansite and its reviews are non-notable, equivalent to going out and asking someone at a bus-stop what they think. Hope that helps. --Rodhullandemu (please reply here - contribs) 02:03, 17 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

My reviews are not the equivalent of going to a bus stop. This is not self promotion. I am merely a critic trying to post my opinion on this film. Isn't that good enough? I tried to put in a reference as to where you can read my review by the most appropriate link on that site isn't working. Give a guy/critic a break, please. x

I did revert the review. If the above is indeed true then there is even more reason to remove the review comments as there is a definite conflict of interest. Ben W Bell talk 18:02, 17 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Grand Theft Auto (series) appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe our core policies. Thank you.  UzEE  09:14, 11 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Biggest Loser (Gamespot)

edit

A tag has been placed on Biggest Loser (Gamespot) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.
