How to change an article title

Article pages should not be blanked and then recreated under a slightly different name. We use WP:MOVE to change article titles so that page history is not lost. Wait until the new page is speedily deleted and then move the old page to the new title. Let me know if you need help. - MrX 02:43, 22 March 2013 (UTC)
