Request reason:
Hi, I am not trying to evade the block on my old account, and I was unaware of the no sanctions rule in WP:CLEANSTART. Thanks for pointing this out to me. I have recognized my wrongdoings, and will take steps to destroy my old accounts. user:octopus5650, user:eel12, user:fishtank1, and user:ITS9001. However, as my talkpage access was blocked on user:octopus5650, I have no choice but to ask if an admin will unblock me. All my other accounts were not "true" sockpuppets, but were used to evade blocks. I realize what I did was wrong, and I want to apologize and start fresh. Thanks, Octo.
