Re: Brett Hickey

Please speak with the administrator who deleted the article. Cheers. --MZMcBride (talk) 05:13, 31 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

I'm well aware that I was the one who protected the page title, however, as it says, I was "deprecating protecting titles." You'll need to either speak with the administrator who actually deleted the article and listed it for protection or take the page to Deletion review. Thanks. --MZMcBride (talk) 22:24, 31 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Re your message: There is nothing worthwhile to undelete. It was protected from recreation due to the article being created multiple times by new accounts as an attack page. You will have to excuse my suspicion, but with you having a new account I would recommend that you create the page on your user space at User:Oatmealstout/Brett Hickey. Once you have created the article there, leave me another note, I will release the protection and move the article to its proper place. I apologize for any offense this might cause you, but the past history of the article makes me suspicious of any request regarding this name. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 06:13, 1 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 03:46, 1 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
