November 2019 edit

This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at Japanese gazelle, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Viampira (talk) 12:07, 9 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

It appears that you have been canvassing—leaving messages on a biased choice of users' talk pages to notify them of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote—in order to influence Japanese gazelle. While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Remember to respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large. Thank you. • I don't understand what do you mean by canvassing? I'm an amateur biologist from Japan and have been studying prehistoric animals of Japan, but had never heard of this species before. So I searched online and never found any information that this species was found in Japan, but instead in Africa. Please explain, WHERE did I ever vandal???? OHSRW (talk) 12:15, 9 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
OHSRW, you have not been vandalising, on the contrary, your additions to Japanese gazelle are improvements. The editor who warned you appears to be young, eager, and not quite aware of Wikipedia policies. --bonadea contributions talk 12:19, 9 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
Bonadea, thank you so much for your helps!! I was actually very confused, even my discussion on the talk page of the species was deleted and furthermore, although restored, my account was even blocked temporary. Thanks so much again! OHSRW (talk) 12:24, 9 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
